Mediation
In the State of Florida, all family law cases are referred to mediation prior to being set for a trial/final hearing and 95% of cases are settled outside the courtroom.
You can save time, stress, and money by choosing to enter mediation at any point in the dissolution process, including prior to filing.
Mediation is a cost-effective alternative to fighting it out in court. It offers both parties privacy, confidentiality, self-determination, and a less antagonistic dispute resolution process.
We also offer evening mediation for clients with challenging schedules. All mediation sessions have a 3 hour minimum and include document preparation if needed.
Uncontested Divorce

Need to book a Court ordered mediation session in your case?
Mediation sessions have a 3 hour minimum and are billed at $200 per hour, split equally between the parties. Mediation can be booked for half or full day session.
