You Don’t Have to Navigate Divorce Alone.

Divorce can leave you feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, emotionally exhausted, and unsure of what to do next.

Divorce Support through Divorce with Dignity provides compassionate, practical support to help you move through the challenges of divorce with greater clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before you reach out.

Sometimes you simply need someone who understands the divorce process and can help you organize your thoughts, identify your priorities, prepare for difficult conversations, and take the next step.

A Calmer Way Through Divorce

Divorce Support is designed for people who want more than information—they want personalized support as they navigate the realities of divorce.

Whether you’re just beginning to consider divorce, already in the middle of the process, struggling with communication, dealing with a difficult spouse, or trying to figure out what life looks like afterward, you don’t have to figure it all out at once.

We can take it one step at a time.

What Is Divorce Support?

Divorce Support is individualized, practical support for the personal and day-to-day challenges that often accompany divorce.

Your support sessions can help you:

  • Get organized when everything feels overwhelming
  • Clarify what matters most to you
  • Identify questions you may want to discuss with your attorney or other professionals
  • Prepare for difficult conversations
  • Develop healthier communication strategies
  • Establish and maintain personal boundaries
  • Navigate challenging interactions with a spouse or former spouse
  • Prepare emotionally and practically for important decisions
  • Think through co-parenting challenges
  • Create strategies for reducing unnecessary conflict
  • Prepare yourself for the mediation process when appropriate
  • Adjust to life after divorce
  • Rebuild your confidence and sense of direction
  • Create a plan for moving forward

This isn’t about telling you what decisions to make.

It’s about helping you become more prepared, informed, organized, and confident as you make your own decisions.

Meet Your Divorce Support Specialist

Compassionate Support. Practical Guidance.

A Clearer Path Forward.

As a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator, I understand that divorce is about much more than paperwork and agreements.

It can affect your emotions, your communication, your children, your finances, your routines, your relationships, and your vision for the future.

My role as a Divorce Support Specialist is to provide a calm, supportive place where you can slow down, organize your thoughts, identify your priorities, and determine what your next step should be.

You don’t need someone to take control of your divorce.

You need support that helps you feel more capable of taking control of your own path forward.

The Divorce with Dignity Approach

Divorce doesn’t have to be approached as one enormous problem.

We break the process into manageable steps.

1. STABILIZE

When everything feels overwhelming, the first step is creating some stability.

Together, we can identify what’s creating the most stress and determine what needs your attention now—and what can wait.

2. PREPARE

Good preparation can reduce uncertainty.

We’ll work on identifying your priorities, organizing questions and concerns, preparing for important conversations, and creating practical next steps.

3. NAVIGATE

Divorce often becomes difficult because of communication, conflict, parenting, boundaries, and interactions with a spouse or former spouse.

We’ll focus on practical strategies for navigating those challenges while protecting your peace and keeping your priorities in view.

4. REBUILD

Divorce is not the end of your story.

As you move forward, support can help you rebuild your confidence, establish new routines, clarify what you want your future to look like, and begin creating a life that feels like your own.

What Can We Work On?

Dealing With a Difficult Spouse

Learn practical ways to respond to difficult, hostile, uncooperative, or emotionally charged interactions without allowing every interaction to derail your peace.

Communication & Boundaries

Develop strategies for communicating clearly, setting appropriate boundaries, and avoiding unnecessary conflict.

Preparing for Divorce

If you’re considering divorce or have recently begun the process, we can work through the questions, concerns, and practical issues that are weighing on you.

Preparing for Difficult Conversations

Before an important conversation, it can help to slow down and think through what you want to communicate, what you need to accomplish, and how you want to respond if the conversation becomes difficult.

Co-Parenting Challenges

Divorce doesn’t end the need to communicate when children are involved.

We can work on strategies for navigating communication, transitions, disagreements, and the challenges of building a workable co-parenting relationship.

Emotional Overwhelm

You don’t have to solve your entire future today.

Support can help you break overwhelming circumstances into smaller, manageable steps.

Rebuilding After Divorce

Once the immediate crisis begins to settle, you may find yourself asking:

“What now?”

We can focus on confidence, routines, goals, relationships, identity, and creating your next chapter.

What Our Clients are Saying

“I cannot express enough my sincere gratitude for JJ through what has been one of the darkest times of my life. What started out as a potential mediation request to help get through the process really turned into something much more needed. JJ understands the process and knows just how to navigate through it. Having no experience with this I was extremely lost and never knowing what the next step would be. Her experience and knowledge of the family court system has really been a blessing to myself and the future of my children. With each step of the way, she is able to talk me through it and keep both the anxiety and anger at bay. I am learning that through this, there is so many variables I would have never known about or even considered that will affect my family for many years. This is where JJ shines, she is able to look at the whole picture from an unbiased (only thinking of the best interest of the children, as it should be) and clear perspective, giving me the facts that matter. I really appreciate all that she has done for me and count her as a total blessing to my family that remains. There have been many times now she has helped talk me off the edge and ground me back to sanity. What started as a meditation inquiry has really now turned into a coaching relationship that I so needed. Thank you JJ for all you do.”
